Alongside the health pandemic, another crisis has been unfolding for decades: an attention crisis.


Most adults now struggle to focus for more than a few seconds. Harvard research shows we spend nearly half of our waking hours unintentionally mind-wandering. Add the constant buzz of notifications, processed food, poor sleep, and chronic stress, and it’s no wonder attention has become so fragile. This isn’t merely inconvenient, but life-altering.
