About Outgrow Movement
Dis-ease is no longer the exception, but the norm.
Burnout, chronic pain, anxiety, and fatigue have become everyday experiences, reflected in the soaring rates of lifestyle-related (chronic) illness and mental strain across the globe. People are living in bodies that feel tight and tired, in minds that can’t slow down, and in nervous systems stuck in survival mode.

At Outgrow Movement, we believe this is the result of deep disconnection from our bodies, our breath, our rhythms, and from the intelligence that once guided how we moved, worked, and lived.
We’ve adapted to a world of relentless stimulation, fragmented attention, quick fix paradigms and hyper-efficiency. We stay busy while feeling drained, constantly switched on but rarely truly aware. The result is an internal environment of tension, inflammation, and disconnection. Even in the realm of fitness, many modern approaches create more bodymind rigidity—reinforcing tension patterns instead of resolving them.

The spiral, our core symbol, reflects this philosophy. It stands for natural (out)growth—cyclical, not linear. It also mirrors the non-linear, multidirectional movement patterns where the body, especially the fascia system, thrives. Movement becomes an exploration and portal for aliveness instead of just repetition. Learning becomes embodied. Transformation becomes lived.

Niko Sati Nikolić
My name is Niko Sati Nikolic: Health Scientist, Sustainable Performance coach and Hybrid Movement teacher. I have over 15 years of experience in coaching/training individuals, professional teams and guiding youngsters. I hold a master of science degree in Health Sciences from Maastricht University . My areas of expertise are preventive lifestyle medicine, change management at both individual and team level, hybrid athletic movement training and stress physiology.
