Spine UNLOCKED is a 3-week online program designed to restore spinal freedom, fix posture, and increase nervous system resilience. Back pain, stiffness, fatigue and inflammation, higher risk of injury, and even depression and anxiety often have one thing in common: A spine that is stuck and doesn’t move well. When spinal movement is restricted by excessive sitting, chronic (mental-emotional) stress, and/or repetitive, linear training, the body compensates. Tension & stiffness arise, breathing becomes shallow, energy leaks from movement, and the nervous system stays in a low-grade state of tension. This program uses three simple but highly potent sequences — one for each week — that gradually evolve and build on each other. Each sequence takes just 10 to 15 minutes a day, can be done from basically anywhere and fits easily into real life. The patterns are accessible yet scalable, making it effective for both desk-bound professionals and athletes alike. It contains the most effective movement patterns I’ve researched and refined over more than a decade of working with over a thousand people, distilled into a system that is simple to follow yet powerful enough to create real, lasting change.
